We have some exciting news–Aspire has been recognized as a winner of the 2019 Bay Area Best Places To Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
Companies were ranked based on their employee’s views on collaborative culture, compensation and benefits offerings and other amenities as well as management practices.
The Best Places to Work Program “measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Places to Work foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay into the future.”
In an anonymous survey, nearly 80% of Aspire employees felt they were highly engaged.
We are so honored that our team members have evaluated working at Aspire so highly. As a company that started back in 2013, we’ve seen tremendous growth over the past five-and-a-half years. With offices in San Francisco, Brooklyn and Denver, we’ve grown more than 400% since 2017.
Aspire, formerly AspireIQ, started in the apartment building of one of our four founders, and we have grown into a front runner in the influencer marketing and content generation technology space. It’s no easy feat building a software solution and designing forward-thinking strategies to help our more than 200 clients scale their influencer marketing and meet their content generation needs. Our team is built of hard-working individuals, all from different backgrounds, who share a common growth-mindedness and courageous attitude, both as individuals and as a collaborative team.
Aspire values growth for our clients, who are among Fortune 500 companies as well as fast-growing e-commerce brands, and for our employees. Each team member is given access to mentorship and resources to make an impact in the company and to excel in their careers and future endeavors.
“AspireIQ is a truly exciting company to be a part of, especially as it grows. Employees are viewed as experts in their roles & their opinions are truly valued. Being a quickly growing startup, each member can truly feel the impact they have on the organization. Leadership is transparent with how the company changes & grows, and they are invested in the professional growth of each employee. Work-life balance is strongly encouraged. The team often goes to happy hours, dinners, workout classes, etc. outside of work.”
